• 📩 I've just applied for a job. When can I expect to hear from you?

  We are handling a lot of applications and because of that, it can sometimes take up to a week for us to get back to you. If for some reason you haven't heard back from us within a week, please send us an email. 📩

• 💬 There is a position that I am interested in. Who should I talk to?

  Each job posting belongs to a specific person in charge of the hiring. If you have any questions, you can check the bottom of the ad for the best person to get in touch with. 

• ❣️ I didn't get the job. Is it possible to get feedback?

  You can expect personal feedback if you’ve had some form of interview with us. If you did not get to the interview stage, we are unfortunately unable to provide you with feedback on your application. 

• 🔎 Why does Anyfin do background checks?

  We are a financial company and our customers' security is of utmost importance to us. We use a background check as part of ensuring that everyone that works at Anyfin has great personal integrity and will never compromise our users’ trust or personal information. 

• 🧩 Why do we do logic and personality tests?

  We combine interviews with logic and personality tests to better assess whether a particular position will be the best match for you as a candidate. With that said, it is the combination of all aspects of your application that determines whether you are the right candidate for us. 

• 👨‍💻 What does the recruitment process look like?

  We’ve outlined an overview of our recruitment process on the main page. 

  It might seem like we have a lot of steps in the process, but remember, it is just as important for you to interview us as it is for us to interview you. So please don’t be hesitant to ask all of your questions and we will do our best to answer them. 

• 🌍 Does Anyfin provide relocation?

  We provide relocation services unless specifically noted otherwise. Exceptions are clearly stated at the bottom of job ads. 🌍

• 🇸🇪 What is it like to live and work in Sweden?

  There’s a lot to love about Sweden. The perks are among the best in the world -- six weeks of vacation per year, paid parental leave, free health care… the list goes on. But the lifestyle in Sweden is also very special. Work-life balance is real here (not just a nice buzzword). • 👔 Is there a dress code at Anyfin?

  No. Come as you are, and feel free to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable, productive, and true to yourself. 👨‍🎤

• 🐶 Can I bring my dog to the office?

  We LOVE dogs, but unfortunately they need to stay at home due to allergies! 

• 💻 What office policy do you have?

  We believe in innovation and collaboration and the best way to foster that is in meeting and knowing your colleagues, because of that we are in the office 4 days a week.
