As a Product Manager you will be responsible for our core offering joining a diverse scaleup environment with co-workers who are motivated, adaptable and committed to creating fantastic (we mean amazing) products.

What you will be doing

We believe that everyone should get the interest rate they deserve, meaning that assisting our users with debt management will always be at the core of what we do. In this role you will take responsibility for our core product (refinancing) while expanding the product portfolio by identifying and building new fintech solutions that people actually need. Naturally you will lead a talented team of engineers, designers and other expertise assisting you in achieving our mission. As if that wasn't enough your responsibilities will cover:

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define product goals, target customers, primary features, and use cases.

• Determine success metrics and incorporate user input into the product life cycle.

• Own and drive a positive revenue outcome through connecting product performance to the business’s top-level goals.

• Leverage your financial expertise to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and navigate regulations.

Execution:

• Drive alignment and execution by collaborating with engineering, advocating for resources, and clearing obstacles to keep the roadmap on track.

• Lead with focus and efficiency, juggling multiple priorities, and guiding your team toward impactful delivery.

• Leverage data analytics to improve the product and design A/B tests.

Communication and Coordination:

• Organize and communicate team progress, status and obstacles.

• Convey the rationale behind the product roadmap and trade-offs to the entire organization.

Who you are

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to make the complex understandable. Your role will deal with intricate aspects of our product portfolio and creating understanding across functions and domains is paramount in order to achieve a great result. We believe that you will need at least three years of experience as a PM, but we all know that one year of experience is not the same as another. It all depends on what you have done during your career. While experience from Fintech is not a requirement, it will help you greatly in this role and if you have worked on Credit products before, let's just say we will fast track your application out of pure excitement.

Moreover we would like to see evidence of the following in your background:

• 3 years of experience from leading a product team of designers and engineers in a product technology environment.

• Education or experience that has a strong business, commercial and technology focus with a track record showcasing your impact in previous roles.

• Knowledge of product methodologies, user research and product road-mapping.

• Experience in digital products: mobile and web applications and working in an international context.

• A strong business and commercial understanding and a real interest in what drives customer engagement. This enables you to push design boundaries. If that feels like a “buzzword sentence” it's because it is, but we have a feeling you know what we mean.
