At Anyfin, we make expensive loans cheaper - helping people pay them off faster and at lower costs. We’ve already saved millions for customers in Sweden, Finland, Germany, and Norway by refinancing costly consumer credits. And we’re just getting started.

We’re now looking for a Growth Specialist to accelerate our expansion in Sweden. In this hands-on role, you’ll shape and execute our performance marketing campaigns that make a real difference. What You'll Do

• Lead Performance Marketing for Sweden.
• Run and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and others.
• Create compelling content to attract the right audience at the right time.
• Analyze customer acquisition data and adjust strategies in real time.
• Experiment with new platforms and ideas to reach more customer segments.
• Collaborate with a dynamic international team based in our Stockholm HQ.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who can communicate effectively across audiences. You should have a deep understanding of the social media platforms and consumer behavior, in order to create campaigns that drive results. A performance-driven mindset is essential, with a keen ability to track and optimize marketing efforts. Creativity and problem-solving skills will set you apart, allowing you to test new approaches and optimize and pivot when needed.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Proven experience in performance marketing.
• Analytical and creative, with a test-and-learn mindset.
• Customer-focused and aligned with our mission to improve financial lives.
• Thrive in unstructured, startup environments—taking initiative and building from scratch.
• Degree (BSc/MSc) in a relevant field from a top university.
