Since our start in 2017 we have provided smart tools that help put financial power back in the hands of the people – where we believe it belongs. Everything we do is based on one vision: to improve the world’s financial health.

So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for a Operations agent - Part time.

What you will be doing

Being an Operations Agent - Part-time at Anyfin consists of two major areas: Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers. Handling communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media. We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis. We offer exceptional options to combine the work with studies or another employment. Our working hours are scheduled for weekdays AND during weekends. We strive to offer our staff benifitial experience through practical work to combine your studies, enhancing the ability to solve work related solutions and working with a team.

Who you are
We would love it if you:

• Have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Are keen to learn and willing to take initiative.
• Are self-motivated, fearless and have a great desire to contribute to the team and spread a positive atmosphere around you.
• We are searching for students at various stages of their education and especially encourage those who are in the early phases of their studies to apply.
• Are willing to work between 10-15 hours/week.

What do we do?

Anyfin is a smart financial-app where you get a great overview of your spendings, income, subscriptions and much more. We also provide a service that helps lowering the cost of consumer loans and credits by reducing high interests, and removing unnecessary fees. Overall, the app is a great tool to understand your finances better.
