So far, we’ve helped Swedes, Finns, Norwegians and Germans save millions by refinancing expensive consumer credits. But we aim higher. New markets, new tools, new products and new ways of improving people’s financial lives. This means we need more brains and hearts to fuel our growth. That is why we are currently searching for a finnish speaking Operations Agent.
This full-time role is based in our cozy Stockholm office, where you’ll collaborate closely with a dynamic, international team. Together, we’re building something remarkable - and having fun doing it.
What you will be doing
We firmly believe that everyone deserves a shot at financial freedom, and assisting our users in wrangling their debts remains our top priority. In this role, you'll not only bolster our existing efforts but also unearth new tactics to keep up with the ever-evolving needs of our users. Naturally, you'll rally alongside an amazing team across various fronts, but beyond that, you'll be at the forefront of our crusade, leading the charge in shaping a culture of innovation and collaboration in a high-octane environment. And if that's not enough, buckle up for a rollercoaster ride of responsibilities, including:
- Providing clear and concise service, both in the written and spoken word.
- Drawing from the trenches of your experience in customer service or support roles to tackle inquiries and quash concerns like a pro.
- Analyzing and dissecting complex credit applications, all while sticking to our credit policies like glue.
- Taking on the mantle of assessing worthy candidates for debt refinancing with gusto.
- Pitching in to finesse our processes and take our customer care game to the next level.
Who you are
- Have excellent communication skills in Finnish and English
- Battle scars from previous roles in customer service or support roles, ideally in a similar capacity.
- A hunger for numbers and a knack for untangling tricky problems.
- And maybe, just maybe you have 1-2 years of experience in credit assessment.
