Customer Success - Anyfin - Stockholm
Are you a customer experience hero that want to be part of changing the financial industry to the better?
The Customer Success Agent role consists of two major areas. Handling communication with customers via e-mail, phone, Facebook, chat and phone. And secondly analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications. In addition to that you will be involved in other tasks such as translations, improving processes and in finding the best way to grow the business in Finland or Sweden.
We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis.
You will mainly work on nights and weekend until 8pm. We have a schedule to fill but how much and when you work is quite flexible.

We believe you:
- Have excellent communication skills in Swedish or Finnish as well as English
- Are looking for a part time job that compliment studies or anything else that you are occupied with
