2022 is our biggest growth year so far, both in terms of our business but also our users. Let’s be clear; we have no plans on slowing down. This means that we need to expand our Operations Department in order to be able to cater to even more users looking to get control over their economy. This is where the Team Lead for our Risk Team comes in.
What you will be doing
As Team Lead for our Risk Team you will have the responsibility for a group of people that are at the very core of our business. The team handles credit assessment, applications, AML related issues and continuously helps to develop core processes in cooperation with other departments across Anyfin, such as Engineering, Product and Marketing.
Reporting to the Operations Manager - Sweden you will train and develop team members by following up on KPIs and SLAs, hosting daily stand-ups and offering support in their daily work. It might seem straightforward and in some ways it is, yet in others it isn’t. Due to the nature of the work you and your team will often be the first escalation point when we try new product features, roll out completely new products and/or make changes that have unintended consequences. This means that you have to be able to coordinate input from your team and make sure that you work together with internal stakeholders to address any challenges in a timely manner.
The role requires someone able to combine a people oriented approach with technical and analytical abilities to handle both daily operations as well as high impact projects. But seeing as you’re still reading all of this probably excites you? That's fantastic, let's get to the qualifications.
