2021 was our biggest growth year so far, both in terms of our business and users but also considering our own people; we grew by almost 100%. Let’s be clear, we have no plans on slowing down, which means that our need for effective People Operations and Processes will become even more important as we continue our journey in 2022. That is why we need a People Success Lead to come onboard and strengthen our team asap - the sooner you apply the sooner we can get to work.
What you will be doing
We have been struggling with the title for this one. We started with HR PMO but that seemed too stiff, then we thought about People Project Lead, but this role continues to grow the more we discuss it internally and covers much more than projects. We finally came up with People Success Lead and we love it for three reasons:

It sums up exactly what we would like for you to bring to the table.
It sounds cool.
In this role you will be tasked with building and rolling out people processes and tools across our entire organisation. This will cover Performance Management, Learning & Development, Employee Voice, Engagement, compensation and Training initiatives and the list goes on. Some of the projects will be department specific, most will cover all of our functions, the one thing that they will have in common is that they will contribute to the success of our business by supporting our employees.
The people team at Anyfin consider ourselves as Product Managers. We are here to provide the tools that the business needs in order to deliver on our goals. You will be at the very centre of this quest, figuring out which products to build, putting them together and ensuring their integration in our wider people agenda. What is important for us is that each and every thing we do truly supports the success of our organization, so feel free to question if we need the “classic HR processes” or should challenge them and come up with something more relevant for us. You will have the People Enablement team as well as People Operations not to mention stakeholder support from across Anyfin. However we will rely on your competence to guide us.
Who you are
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have proven experience in strategy formulation and complex operational problem solving from a fast growing organisation. You are independent in thinking and framing problems and have outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing. The ability to create high impact material that gets to the root of a problem, as well as the ability to engage colleagues at all levels of the organisation to solve problems will be important parts of your toolkit.
Beyond that we would like to see evidence of the following when reviewing your resumé:
5+ years of project management experience within the HR/People domain, inhouse of as a management consultant
Strong problem solving skills and a consultative approach
A track record that demonstrates your ability to collaborate across cross functional teams and drive complete projects forward at a high pace
A passion for HR, Project Management, continuous improvement and agile ways of working
An analytical mindset that allows you to make decisions with the “right amount” of data (we know, how long is a piece of string and so forth)
Excel… were just gonna leave it there (but if you know, you know)
Experience with HiBob or a similar system would be great - but we trust you in learning this fast if not.
