We stand up for what we believe is right, keep asking questions and challenge old truths. We speak up, even if it’s a bit uncomfortable. To really be able to change the industry we have to dare walk new paths.
We solve problems with empathy. Empathy for our customers, since we’re all about creating the best experience possible for them. But also empathy for our co-workers. We treat each other with respect and kindness.
We take responsibility. For the work we do, the people we help and our entire industry. And we have to walk that walk. Every day. In the end, it’s the small daily decisions that decide who we are.
We do great work and we make sure to have fun doing it. Remember to celebrate the good stuff. Positivity is contagious. It will spread to your co-workers. But also, through the work – to our customers. If we’re not excited about what we do, our customers never will be.
